The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold items. Must have experience in salads, saut, grill and short order cooking.  Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items.   Perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule. Maintain health and sanitation standards.

This is a full time position, 5 days per week with shifts from 5 AM to 3 PM, weekends and holidays included.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have current food handlers permit. Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Minimum of 2-3 years hotel/restaurant cooking experience.
