The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold items. Must have experience in salads, saut, grill and short order cooking. Heavy pasta saute. Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items.   Perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule. Maintain health and sanitation standards.
This position is 3pm to 12am, 5 days per week. Weekends and holidays included. May be needed earlier or later depending on hotel needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have current food handlers permit. Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Minimum of 2-3 years hotel/restaurant cooking experience. Must be able to stand on feet a minimum of 6-8 hours per shift.
